What we do

Two things, done properly.

01

Website development

A new website built around what your business actually sells. Structure, design, copy where you want it, and the technical groundwork that makes it findable. Built on WordPress and Elementor so it stays editable long after we hand it over.

02

Website redesign

Rebuilding a site that has aged out, stopped working on phones, or stopped bringing in work. We build on a staging copy, so your current site keeps running and keeps taking enquiries until you approve the switch.

Also available

Work that makes a website earn.

Delivered as standalone projects or alongside a build. Every one of these is hands-on work we carry out and report on.

Website and technical SEO audits

A structured review of what is holding a site back technically, with findings ranked by what actually moves the needle.

On-page SEO and optimisation

Titles, structure, schema and internal linking put right across the pages that matter.

Local SEO assessments

How you appear to someone searching nearby, and what to fix first.

Website content improvements

Rewriting the pages that are doing the selling, so they read like a business worth calling.

Competitor research

What the businesses you are losing work to are doing differently, evidenced rather than guessed.

Hosting and maintenance

Optional monthly cover for hosting, updates, backups and security. Never required to keep your website.

Selected work

Businesses we build for.

01 · Hurricane protection, Florida

Knight Coastal Hurricane Protection

Storm protection sold across two Florida coasts, where the first question a homeowner asks is whether you cover their street. We built the site around a Hurricane Shutters section and a dedicated Service Areas section naming North Port, Venice and Sarasota through to Fort Pierce, Stuart and Port St. Lucie, paired an Estimate route with a Call Now route in the hero, and put licensing, Florida product approval and free on-site estimates directly beneath it. Photography throughout is of their own installations.

02 · Guardianship and fiduciary

Guiding Hands of SW Florida

Guardianship and fiduciary decisions are made under pressure, often outside office hours, so nothing could stand between a family and a phone call. We placed the phone number and email in a bar above the navigation on every page, gave the 24/7 consultation offer a full-width band of its own with a single scheduling action, and built out Services, Testimonials and a blog so families can read enough to feel sure before they ring.

03 · Custom homes, Boca Grande

LJ Silva Construction

Custom home work is awarded by homeowners who check credentials before they commit. We put the state licence number in the header where it is visible on every page, answered the questions that come before a first call in an FAQ and an Our Processes section, and built a client onboarding path and customer portal for the clients whose projects are already under way. Headings are written for Boca Grande, Englewood and the surrounding areas.

How we work

No surprises, in writing.

1

Conversation

We talk about the business, not the website. What work do you want more of?

2

Scope

Exactly what is included, page by page, feature by feature.

3

Agreement

Fixed price, defined scope, a schedule. You pay 50% to begin.

4

Build

We design and build, and you review it as it takes shape.

5

Handover

You approve, pay the balance, and everything is transferred to you.

Timelines depend on the size of the project and how quickly content and feedback come back. Your schedule is written into the agreement before you accept it.

Pricing

Websites from $997.

Priced on what you actually need.

Most agencies make you book a call before they will say a number. We publish a starting price, then agree your exact price in writing once we understand the job. No monthly plan is required to buy a website.

Ongoing marketing

Kept working after launch.

A website is finished work. For businesses that want it kept improving month after month, we run the same hands-on work on a monthly footing under our Just Web Services brand, with a report each month you can actually read. Arranged by consultation, not bought from a page. Three levels, from $499 a month.

Two separate things

Buying a website is not a subscription.

Your website is yours

A website is a one-time project. When it is paid in full the design, the content and the files belong to you, and you can take them anywhere. There is no subscription attached to it and no account to keep.

Ongoing help, only if you want it

A monthly programme is a separate decision, made later and only if you want one. It changes nothing about who owns the website. Decline it, or start it and stop it, and everything above still belongs to you.

Common questions

Before you ask.

What does a website cost?

Websites start at $997. Your exact price depends on what the job actually involves, and it is agreed in writing before you accept anything. You will not be asked to book a call before anyone will say a number.

Do I have to buy a monthly plan?

No. A website is a one-time purchase. No monthly plan is required to buy one, and turning down ongoing work changes nothing about what you receive or what you own.

Who owns the website when it is finished?

You do. Once it is paid in full, the design, the content and the files belong to you outright, and you can take them anywhere. There is no account to keep and nothing to keep paying for.

How does payment work?

You pay 50% to begin and the balance on approval at handover. Both figures, and what they cover, are written into the agreement before you sign it.

How long does it take?

That depends on the size of the project and how quickly content and feedback come back to us. Rather than quote an average, we write your schedule into the agreement before you accept it.

What is the website built on?

WordPress and Elementor. That means it stays editable long after handover, by you or by anyone you choose to hire, without being locked to us.
